OUR FRIENDS
Unconditional Love on four paws
Meet just a few of the 16 million reasons we have for making your dog's health our priority
Here are our first two Canadian fans, Maltese Max and Lily. Both dogs will be turning seven years old in 2017. Her owner would like to share Lily’s story, the smaller looking one on the right in the picture to show just how much RxMobility has helped her with a series of injuries and post-op surgery.
This shepherd was rescued by her current owner. Over the course of her life, she has had 2 hip surgeries (FHO - genetic plus early life in cage before her rescue), 3 broken legs (hit by truck with snow plow) and a ruptured patella ligament in the right hind leg (10 weeks in a cast). She has metal leg- plates but that doesn't stop her from enjoying a full quality of life enjoying hiking, running and even jumping into the car.
Border Collie Since starting a daily regimen of RxMobility, Finale (on the left) has gone from being a couch potato to a dog who can outrun her pal Clover (on the right, see Clover's story in the photos below) and will play for long stretches of time. She has a heart of gold and loves everyone she meets (dog or human).
RxMobility was happy to play a part in getting JoJo, our first Pup of the Month, back to his "job" at the children's library "Read with Me" program! They look forward to his tricks and he's just jumping to be able to lend a hand.
Pembroke Welsh Corgi This 12 year old is a winner and she knows it! An avid competitor in the DiscDog arena, this little pup has proven that you don't have to be big to be a champion. RxMobility helps her recover from the joint stress that comes with a few hours of daily training.
Cane Corso An Italian Mastiff, Garr has been sharing all his family's activities since he was an 8-week old puppy. He runs 3 miles a day, rain or shine, enjoys fetching a ball, running through the river and tug-of-war. An obedient, loving guard dog he aims to please and his family reciprocates by giving him all natural foods and keeping him on a regimen of RxMobility.
Corgi Cattle Dog Mix TWO TIME WORLD CHAMPION in the Woman's Micro Dog Xtreme Distance 2012 and 2014, Jelly's favourite activities are leaping, catching frisbees and giving her owner a work-out. RxMobility helps keep her in top shape to compete another day!
When this 7 year old Border Collie isn't giving her friends a good run she loves to hang out in a soft spot. RxMobility is a part of her day, everyday!
Olde English Bulldogge Athena's overzealous mom accidentally bit off two of her back toes while cleaning her as a pup leading to complications as an adolescent. Surgeries for a torn ACL and a luxating knee patella along with arthritis later in life slowed her down and she would often limp after long walks. A daily dose of RxMobility has helped and she now looks forward to wrestling, chasing sticks and balls and those 4 AM walks!
Blue Merle Border Collie This stud dog likes to live well, run fast and play hard. An Xtreme Distance Finalist, he takes every opportunity to go for it and makes sure he gets his daily RxMobility every morning.
Barbet/Poodle mix At 22 pounds Harpo is considered a medium-sized, retriever-type water dog. He loves being goofy, swimming, chasing things and being outdoors as much as possible - RxMobility helps him keep up the busy pace and maintain his active lifestyle.
Olde English Bulldogge cross A fifth generation cross of Olde English Bulldogge, American Bulldog and Bull Mastiff, Titan is at 95 pounds considered a large breed. Starting to show signs of arthritis in his old age, he balked at going down the stairs or for his regular walks until RxMobility helped him regain his love of getting outside to rough-house with Athena.
Maltese Lily was having trouble getting up and down the stairs after some rough tumbling around with her step-brother Max but her mobility was restored after an intensive treatment with RxMobility - now these two young troublemakers can't wait for their daily chew and playtime isn't a worry anymore!
Border Collie This 3 year old doesn't let having only half a tail get her down. She is just starting out in the active world of competition and makes sure she gets every advantage with RxMobility.
Border Collie You can't throw them fast enough for this 2 year old! A C+Xtreme Distance Finalist already, he thinks his daily RxMobility chewable tablet is a treat.
Border Collie This girl has a need for speed and proved it by placing 3rd in the Women's Xtreme Distance Classic Plastic 2014. Lots of love and training, a healthy diet and RxMobility help keep her on track for next year's challenges.
