RETURN POLICY
We want to make sure both you and your dog are more than happy with RxMobility Joint Formula
BUT
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund minus the shipping costs or exchange the product for another one.
Customers have up to 15 days to apply for a refund or return. To process this, you must first receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Products shipped to our facilities without return authorization will not be refunded. Please send an email with your name, order number, and reason for return to info@rxmobility.ca to be issued a return authorization number.
Any product you return, after receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Open bottles will not be accepted. Please keep the receipt.
Refunds will be credited back to customers’ Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit/debit cards after the product has been received and processed.**.
Customer assumes all financial responsibility for return shipping.
